Hello loves, I hope the week is treating you right so far! I first off want to apologize for not posting the details on my give-away last week! I ended up getting sick about half-way through my NYC trip last week. I promise I’ll have all the info you need on my Love DaDa give-away, including how to enter, by tomorrow!
If you’re on the hunt for a fashionable new dress for festival season, today’s romantic, yet boho look might provide just the inspiration you were looking for. This mini shift dress is a little flirty, and a lot 70’s style romantic. Most importantly, the bell sleeves are just fabulous! Bell sleeves are not only one of the prettiest must-have trends this Spring, but they also add that boho vibe to your outfit–which is still one of my favorite current trends in fashion. These sleeves have just the perfect amount of billowy flare too, finished with a beautiful contrast of black lace trim. Sizing advice: you may want to order a size up, as the dress is quite short (I’m 5’9″ and am wearing a medium).
In keeping with the boho style of the outfit, I added the Mixed Media Necklace by Lucky Star Jewels). Lucky Star makes beautiful, bohemian inspired pieces that are more than just trendy fashion jewelry. The fashion necklace seen here is made of two high quality chain layers, along with a third y-shaped chain pendant, complete with a delicate touch of CZ accents (you can choose either a gold or silver finish too!)
I kept the shoes simple with my favorite go-to heeled sandals, those being The Nudist Sandal by Stuart Weitzman. To make this outfit full-on festival attire though, I’d opt for something more comfortable, with a “free spirited” vibe like you were heading to Cochella. I suggest a fringed bootie, or perhaps even a strappy wedge with bohemian details, (some examples are included below under “similar looks”), both are great shoes for spring in general also.
As always, thank you so very much for stopping by! I’ll have all the give-away info posted today or tomorrow, so definitely check back. Have a beautiful day my beauties! xoxo
p.s. This was a collaboration between the brands mentioned and myself. I was gifted beforehand, but opinions and ideas are entirely my own. 🙂
